Dear Sir:

Today I had my Prius serviced at your dealership. Though I live in Olympia, I prefer to use your dealership for service for a variety of reasons: 1) Our buying experience with Lyle Cundy was one of the best we have ever had with any salesperson; 2) Your service hours are very accommodating, compared to those of Toyota of Olympia; 3) Your service staff is very effecient and personable; and 4) Your facilities are relaxing and pleasant.

There are two specific observations I would like to share with you based on today's visit. That young lady you have working at your coffee bar has such a delightful personality and is so eager to please your customers that she derserves a special thank you. She is the kind of employee whose cheerful and positive demeanor is to a admired. A rare gem!

The individual who in-processed me today, whose name is James Dean, though I'm not certain of that, was most helpful. I presented him with a discount certificate from Toyota of Olympia, wondering if it would be honored by your dealership. He carefully looked it over and agreed to accept it.

I just thought you might want to know why I will continue to visit Titus-Will and will likely buy our next car from you. Keep up your excellent service!

My wife and I bought and automobile from your dealership and picked it up one week ago. Our salesmanwas Dan Kern. I want to tell you that you should be very proud and fortunate to have this man at your dealership. I am 72 years old and have bought many vehilces over that span and can honestly say I've NEVER had a more pleasant experience in vehilce purchase. Dan is a very personable, friendly, patient salesman and we never felt pressured or uncomfortable in our dealings. We enjoyed our experinece with Dan and I hope your other salesmen/personnel can obtain his high standards. Our dealings were very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you for the courtesy email. I am actually very glad you sent me an email because I was wanting to recognize one of your employees that helped me on the evening of Wednesday the 28th at 5:35 pm on the phone. I just only know her by her first name of "Brittany". I do not have her last name.

But basically I was driving home from Tukwila Wednesday night in the dark, pouring down rain when all of these car issues started on I-5. And let me tell you, that is one place you don't want to break down in rush hour traffic. LOL

Anyway I called Titus Will in a panic basically because I was losing power; and this gal Brittany that must have obviously been on the switchboard, was extremely helpful and pleasant. She went as far as to interact with a Technician on my problem to determine if I should attempt to drive all the way home. And at the end of the conversation, she graciously expressed that she hoped I got home safely.

So I would greatly appreciate her being recognized for her professionalism and kindness. Have a very happy new year! And I picked up my car this morning and it is running great! Kudos to Greg in Service and the Service Shop! :)

I recently retired from 35 years in the electrical wholesale industry. The last 5 years, I was the supervisor of customer service for the Seattle branch of an employee-owned, worldwide distributor with 240 branches in the US. I share this background with you to emphasize that I appreciate excellent customer service. Our overall experience with Titus-Will beginning with the purchase of our '09 Prius in 2008 through our most recent visit for the 30K mile service has been outstanding. Jim & Kay Love are without peers as a sales team committed to customer service. Your facility make waiting for a vehicle while it is being serviced is extremely customer-friendly & comfortable. Finally, the service adviser who took care of me yesterday was very courteous, professional and made sure that my vehicle was ready per my requested schedule. Also, Gordy, the courtesy van driver, met the same standards. He was very punctual for my return trip to the service department and personable to visit with.

Who would ever think it would actually be enjoyable to sit and wait for your car to get an oil change?! It is at Titus-Will Toyota! Everything is run so efficiently, like clock work, and the staff are always professional but equally friendly. Cookies...coffee machine...water...I wonder if I could move in!

Facility: Modern, spacious, and comfortable. HDTVs in the lounge with free premium coffee.

Service: Called for a car they did not have, and they kindly sent an employee to fetch it. Very friendly and informative. Did not feel pressured about anything. I was given plenty of time to consider and make decisions.

End-result: Left happy in my brand new car! Dealer greeted me off with a small gift as a "thank you".

The wife and I were shopping for a new Toyota SUV and had heard about Titus Will from a co-worker. Our salesman Tom Burkheimer, was thoroughly knowledgeable of the 2011 4-Runner and all of its accessories. Tom was also very helpful in obtaining the locking lugs from our trade-in on the day after our sale. Our experience with Tom was pleasent and we would recommend Titus Will to our friends shopping for new or used cars.

Great service department! Titus-Will Toyota service has done an outstanding job managing my service for the past 2 years. I have a personal account manager, Kevin, who always greets me and explains everything upfront for my visit. Even if I go in for a quick oil change, Kevin will track me down and say hello, just to ensure I am being taken care of properly. Thier lounge (no longer a waiting area) is full of great complimentary amenities (coffee, snacks, treats, and balloons for the kids) and very accomadating for getting some work done over wi-fi or just sitting and relaxing. I would recommend this service department to anyone.

They have a beautiful new service department and they've made dropping the car off for service while you wait very pleasant in the new, large waiting area with wifi, barista with free coffee drinks and TV. Very friendly staff, too.

Service is always prompt and their customer service is amazing. Everytime I go there I'm treated like an individual, not just a number. With every service I am given options to choose from. I've tried going to other places for a vehicle and services needed and no one has been able to even match up to the service Titus Will Toyota provides. Thank you for everything you do!

Mr. McNiven went above and beyond servicing my vehicle; he made sure all fluids were full, checked my tire pressure - just made me feel he was concerned about the safety of my car.

Great customer service - made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my vehicle. Constantly checked whether I needed water or coffee or if I needed a ride somewhere. He was the best!

T-W did do great job keeping my Camry running perfectly, are always friendly, accurately tell me ahead of time what the charge will be, supply transportation to work and back when the service takes a long time, and now have the best waiting room I've ever seen (complete with complementary espresso drinks).

I went for an oil change. Had my coupon and rebate and ended up getting my front brakes replaced and back ones cleaned. Steve even rotated my tires! Jimmy Stewart, yes, his real name, was extremely helpful in explaining the details and getting me the best price! I even got a loaner car to go and hang out at the mall. Titus Will has the best customer service, from their service dept to their front desk reception to their barista. They make me feel like a priority not just a number. I feel safe taking my 2005 Corolla there time and again. And when it's time to get a new one, I will go there first!Thank you!!!!!!!! And, your waiting area is very welcoming. Love the cookies and coffee. Nice touch!

My husband and I stopped at Titus-Will Toyota to look at the 2011 Forerunners and see if they would be willing to accept an unusual trade in with us on a new one. Ramon Hernandez not only spent time listening to our offer and pursuing the possibility of the transaction, but spent more time after we left researching and finding a means in which to satisfy the transaction.

We are VERY pleased with Ramon's attention to providing us excellent customer service. Also, the other staff at Titus Will were very friendly. Even our dog Easty thought so!!! Buying our new SUV very pleasurable experience.

I called Kevin MvNiven about a problem with my sons 98 Tacoma TRD truck. The truck engine would not rev over 4000 RPM and stall when at idle. On arrival to drop off truck Kevin quickly processed and documented the problems and told me he would get back to me as soon as the problem was found. Within the hour I received his call with the issue. The crank pulley had become loose causing the speed sensor to shut down the engine. The crank was re-torgued to specifications and I picked up the vehicle within a 3 hour turn around. Price for this work was the price Kevin said it should be . I am a firm believer in customer service, and personal accountability. Thank you Kevin.

Marti met us at the door. She showed us the prius my husband was interested in. She convinced him (not an easy thing) to go for a test drive. He let me test drive part way through his test drive. I was hooked as well. So we bought two prius! Marti was wonderful to work with. The car was beautifully prepped for me when I drove it home the next day. Everyone I made contact with (Marti,Kim, and the manager) were genuine and professional. The overall experience was the best I have ever had and I have purchased many cars. Will definitely return again in the future and will recommend. In fact, our neighbors are buying one this week I understand from same dealership! Yea!

Loved the professionilism of all the workers at Titus Will Toyota especially Mr. Ramon Hernandez. He was the sales men working with me. At no point during the three weeks I was looking for a car did he ever try to force me into buying the vechile I was intrested in he was very comprehensive of my decisions, and he let me take my time. At the end his patience and hard work paid off because I went back for the vechile I liked now I drive my 2012 Scion TC Release Series 7.0

The customer service at Titus-Wills (Tacoma)went above and beyond what I expected.
The sales associate Amy Hasenbalg was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to answer all of my questions. She is the best! I also felt that everyone was honest and I feel that I was given the best deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car. My husband and I purchased a 2011 Avalon from Titus-Will Toyota. We worked with Ramon Hernandez and found a sometimes unpleasant situation to be very pleasant. Ramon was very knowlegeable about the models on the lot and quickly gained our trust and respect. His friendly and engaging personality made him enjoyable and comfortable to work with. This dealership and its sales and service staff have always been exceptionally customer oriented in my dealings with them. My purchases have been honest and straight-forward with minimal need for negotiations. Sales staff, especially Blanch and Marti have always been as attentive following the sales as prior to it. Service staff are exceptional in their product knowledge and in their customer service.

And the product itself, a 2011 Prius in this case, is an exceptional product.

I purchased my Toyota tundra form Toyota of Puyallup.It was my dream truck that I wanted for my whole life I had it lifted thur them with all the options after I had it for a month. I found out that all the work done trugh them was shotty at best. I went to them to have it fixed and they treated me with no respect at all and told me to basicly get lost. A friend told me not to give up and to go see Kevin McNiven at Titus will Toyota. even thogh I had not purchesd the truck there Kevin personally put my trust and loyalty back in the Toyota brand. He did what no one else did at Puyallup and I mean no one all the way to the GM. If it wasent for him I would no longer have my truck. I would not have trusted it to be my vehicle. But because Kevin Personaly made sure the work was done rite on time and at a price I could afford I will never go anywhere else. I wont take my tuck in for even an oil change unless Kevin is there. His comitment to the customer far exceeds anyone I have ever delt with. Unlike Puyallup who once they had my money wanted nothing to do with me I will never go to Toyota of Puyalluyp ever agin and tell every one I know to go see Kevin McNiven at Titus will they have a customer for life because of him.

We have dealt with him for several years and he has always given us great advice when it comes to the maintenance/repair of our vehicles. I worked with Jimmy Stewart and he was very good in accomodating my concerns about my Totoya Rav 4 and why there wasn't any oil in it since Titus-Will was the last place that changed my oil. I requested I see the dip stick this time. Jimmy and the automechanic were very nice which is why I gave customer service a great rating. In the past, the service and pricing at this dealership has not been the best, but I continue to take my vehicle there for service since I bought my vehicle there.

I have done so many services through Titus-Will toyota. Everytime i go there the guy name David in service department explains me what is wrong with my car and also helped me to get the rent car also.
What a nice service.Not like Larson Toyota on South Tacomaway, Titus-Will service department is so nice and very pleasant to work with.
Do not ever go to Larson Toyota people. First, their main goal is just sell the car and after you purchase your vehicle there, that is it. No more help or further explanation about cars. Plus, their service department is not nice and really sucks. Instead of explaing to me detail what is wrong, they like to lie to customers. I really mean it.

I initially dealt with Kay Love, the Internet sales contact. Kay turned me over to Jim Love and we exchanged emails and phone calls to reach a mutually agreeable price and delivery on a 2004 Sienna. Car arrived earlier than promised and Jim scheduled a delivery appointment. Upon arrival at the dealership, Jim had all the paperwork ready and the minivan staged for delivery. The whole process took less than a hour and I was on the road headed for Seattle in my new Sienna. Jim and Kay Love made the car buying experience a pleasant one
